Staging Services

Pre-Market Evaluation- A 1-hour walk-through of the property resulting in a detailed printed report, including pictures of the target areas (available within 24 hours), that gives suggestions for better preparing the home for market. This service is geared for the home-owner who would prefer to do the work themselves, or for real estate agents who will provide this service to their clients.

Hands-on Staging- After receiving a free estimate on the job, the five main areas of the property will be staged to create maximum impact on potential buyers. While all attempts are made to use only furnishings/accessories that the client already owns, there may be instances when outside pieces, and/or accessories will be suggested.
Cost determined at time of viewing

Vacant Property Staging- This service requires bringing in relevant pieces of furniture to vacant properties to enhance the feel of the space.
