NEVER STOP LEARNING

I was once told to never stop learning, but who wants to do that? Especially, after you graduate or get a degree or certificate. I told myself, that’s it! I’m done going to school. Well, they were right and I haven’t stopped…

As I am working on my current projects, I still learn. One valuable thing that I have recently learned is that sticking to a theme can be hard. Especially, when I find a piece or a color that I really like. Then I find myself trying to make something work in a room because I like it.

When you design a room, always go back to the color scheme and theme for the client. Sometimes, that bold statement piece you fell in love with will work. But the client has to remain the center. Maybe that piece will work in my next project, right?
